@Iggi76123640 Its not about horsepower for me - 4C/8T and 32 GB RAM from #ThinkPad #W520 is more then enough for me. I need a laptop with this keyboard layout (there are none on the market):

@vermaden I have #W520 running #FreeBSD and #T400 running #voidlinux, happy times, everything works : )

My #ThinkPad #W520 is 13 years old and: 1. There is no hardware to upgrade to on the market. 2. I run everything on it w/o problem. 3. I plan to use it for next 10 years :) AD. 1. acceptable alternatives: - 2017 ThinkPad 25 (only dual-core) - 2018 T480 custom moded FrankenPad

@dmitrynmedvedev I do not want to 'destroy' that little narration you have there - I am forced to use macOS for my daily work (still less shit then #winblows) and comparing to my personal #FreeBSD on #ThinkPad #W520 its a real PITA to do anything on macOS comparing to my #FreeBSD desktop/laptop.
