It's not often you see classic juke boxes like the one in the Nell Gwynne located at 1 Bull Inn Ct, #CoventGarde, #London, #WC2R (just off the #Strand). Not only is it a stunning ornament, but it actually works! This magnificent little pub shows that such places are far more special when we give them character as opposed to ruining them with the curse of hypermodernisation. @Britains___Pubs

Nell Gwynne - 1 Bull Inn Ct, #CoventGarden, #London, #WC2R The Nell Gwynne is a beautiful example of how many great things come in small packages. This hidden diamond has served the people of #London for far longer than the modern developments that surround it. Too many visit London to see the low hanging fruit we call "tourist traps" without understanding how valuable our pubs are. Our pubs are some of the few buildings (apart from churches) that still trade as they did centuries ago. Most other buildings have become offices or something completely unappealing. Meanwhile, people pass the pubs of Britian without understanding that they're living evidence of British history and culture. We'd like to thank the staff for being particularly accommodating as it makes our life easier and the experience even more special. The busy and bustling region of #CoventGarden has a few genuine beauties left in which to enjoy. The trick is to know which ones mean and offer the most.
