I’m an instructor/proctor for the ServSafe exams. So cleanliness, proper food handling and temp control etc matter to me greatly in any restaurant I frequent. Now I know it’s a gamble with Waffle House, but cmon! Get little Timmy off the line! #WaffleHouseFail
