As the new academic year begins in Afghanistan, and in response to the continued deprivation of millions of girls of their right to education, the Women and Children Research and Advocacy Network (WCRAN) will host an important webinar, “Five Years of Deprivation: The Future of Girls’ Education in Afghanistan and the Responsibility of the International Community,” on March 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
The event will bring together experts, policymakers, and civil society representatives, and will feature an open letter developed through consultations with 300 students of Kabul Online School.
