@Wayfair Charged me for a couch they never shipped. Got an error, money was taken, then I had to wait days for a refund, only to find the couch sold out when trying to reorder. Customer service was useless. Never again. 👎 #WayfairFail

Yo @Wayfair - I purchased a bench in January- you then said after I purchased it that it was backordered until March. It arrived. Missing all the parts to put it together!!! Now you want me to wait another 10 days to get these missing parts??? #FAIL #Wayfair #WayfairFAIL
