@CameronF1YT Keep in mind McLaren invested heavily in Lando by signing him to an expensive multi year deal. They had no incentive to build Danny’s confidence up or his car, especially if they had sight set on another young gun! Shame because they could have had a strong team. #weakmanagement

@RuthEllershaw Thanks Ruth. Bullies use subjectivity, inadequate resources, hazy goals, roles, & processes to control a target. When a target notes these classic bullying maneuvers, a bully blames the target for being too defensive or sensitive. This is orchestrated deceptive manipulation.
