One part of a weather system cannot be changed without changing the whole global circulation. The power of the solar wind is at least 100x the average UK electricity power. It's impossible to beat that or beat UV heating of the stratosphere which is over 1000x that or EarthFacing Coronal Holes which are of ENORMOUS POWER - and associated with ALL Hurricane formations. Of course there's loads of FakeScience, eg #GeoEngineering (sitting alongside other FakeSciences of #Virology and #GreenhouseEffect) and dodgy patents (which don't need to work to be registered) used by charlatans for money-laundering grants to claim to research into the impossible to "save the planet". Politicians readily shovel them our money to build the spectacle of crisis for which "something must be done" - the end result is massive CONTROL of us all and TAX (which way exceeds the handouts to charlatans), so it's "JOB DONE!".
