#weeklystretch Week 2, Day 7: Seated forward fold.
Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Sit up straight, lengthening the spine, gaze forward toward your toes.
Sweep your arms up, over your head, reaching fingertips toward the sky.
Slowly lean forward 1/2
#weeklystretch Week 2, Day 3: Knee to Chest
Lie on your back, arms at sides, legs straight.
Lift left leg, bending at knee, and bring toward the chest.
Wrap hands around shin, below knee to help deepen the stretch.
Hold for 30 sec, then repeat on other side.

#weeklystretch Week 2, Day 2: Front Hip Stretch
Kneel with right knee on floor, left knee at a 90-degree angle in front of you.
With back straight, & hands on front knee, lean forward, tightening the muscles in your right thigh.
Hold for 30 sec; switch sides.

#weeklystretch Day 7: Neck Release
This can be done standing or sitting.
Reach your left arm over your head, gently placing the palm near the top, fingers pointing down toward the right ear.
Gently pull your head toward your left shoulder, creating a gentle stretch.

#weeklystretch Day 6: Cat/Cow Pose
Start on your hands and knees, palms and tops of feet flat on the floor, neck and spine in a neutral/relaxed position.
Inhale, bring the head up, and tilting the pelvis toward the floor.
Exhale, bringing the head down and rolling the 1/2
#weeklystretch Day 5: Wide-legged Forward Bend.
Standing upright, step right foot out to the side to just past hip width.
Clasping hands behind your back, slowly bend forward at the waist. Bend as far forward as is comfortable.

#weeklystretch Day 3: Cross Arm Stretch.
This can be done standing or sitting.
With back straight, cross right arm across the chest, keeping elbow straight.
Using your left hand, grasp above the elbow, pulling the right arm in toward the body and creating a stretch... 1/2
Day 2 of #weeklystretch: Shoulder Rolls.
This can be done sitting or standing.
Let your arms hang naturally at your sides, back straight.
Lift your shoulders toward your ears and roll back, squeezing your shoulder blades towards one another, then lower shoulders.
Repeat 5x.
Day 1: Shoulder Raises
This can be done standing or sitting.
Place your arms by your side, and keep your back straight.
Slowly lift your shoulders toward your ears.
Hold for 5 seconds.
Lower your shoulders back down slowly.
Repeat 2-5x.
