Hey @Hyatt - I’ve talked to 5 customer service agents and supervisors today, been disconnected x3, put on hold for 30+ min x2, transferred x3 & still haven’t been able to modify my @GrandHyattDC reservation. Pretty disappointing!!! #WhatIsCustomerService

Hey @SamsungUS - I just spent $50 to ship a PowerBot Vacuum that I’ve had for 2 months & 5 days for “warranty” work. When your item breaks & you insist on “fixing” it instead of replacing, you could AT LEAST pay for shipping. #pathetic #whatiscustomerservice #youredoingitwrong

It surprises me that @loafhome and @wincantonplc can’t plan a delivery for pm for a very large order when given 8 weeks to think about it. Service was great at point of sale!! Gets worse with every conversation. #deliveryfails #whatiscustomerservice #dontcarenowwehaveyourmoney

had not the best experience with @RevolutApp customer service. And it really sums it up well when they send a "what did we do wrong?" email and the leave feedback form is private so I can't leave feedback... #whatiscustomerservice

When you call @MassageEnvy nov. 15th to book an appointment, and they still haven’t called you back and it’s November 24. And to make it better, every time I call to try again, it always goes to voice mail 😑🙃 guess I’ll take my business elsewhere ? #whatiscustomerservice ?
