Almost forgot #whatscookingwednesday! This week, we have stewed apples and eidar cheese from #TheElderScrolls cookbook. This one was incredibly tasty, a sweet topping to have over oatmeal as breakfast or dessert. Sweet with a little kick of savory from the cheese.
