@Sunnybrook we routinely offer SBRT (no gold seeds, 35Gy in 5fx, 7mm margin) + discuss LHRH + abi/enza/apa (+ doce in non-covid times). We also approach these patients for @CDNCancerTrials PR20 RCT (above approach +/- MDT) led by @niazi_Dr7 and #WhereIsPatrickCheung

@TDorffOnc Great question @TDorffOnc my sense is that RT to primary for low volume disease also being under-utilized outside of academic centres. Thoughts from Rad Onc experts? @_ShankarSiva @DrAndrewLoblaw @DrMLChua

Phase 3 #PLATON (@CDNCancerTrials #PR20) study now centrally activated in Canada. @niazi_Dr7 and #WhereIsPatrickCheung co-PIs. Best systemic therapy +/- MDT (#SBRT or surgery) for oligoM1 HSPC. N=410. Time to CRPC primary endpoint. https://t.co/SBREWcii9a
