The anonymised Mr P case now before the Court of Appeal asks those very questions.

If that name rings a vague bell?
It should.
In what can only be described as the biggest corruption case of my lifetime, #MrP has been;
▫️Arrested on foot of a false accusation by a serving member of @GardaTraffic.
▫️Coerced into providing a false confession on the back of disgusting and extremely serious threats and coercion.
▫️Forbidden to approach or access any of the prosecuting bodies or persons involved in the case including legal services, state provided or otherwise.
▫️Fiorsa, formally known as GSOC is unavailable to #MrP removing his ability to report any wrongdoing, corruption etc against his tormentors but to name a *very* small amount of the crap he's been subjected to.
I will inform people more as we progress through this case.
In plain speak #MrP has been shut out of his own case. He cannot access legal representation, AGS, GSOC/Fiorsa, he is subject to an anonymity order that only protects the wrongdoers. He has been left to tackle extremely complex and advanced legalese alone and to represent himself.
Shocking abuse and withholding of his rights and due process.
The facts of this case and all that has been brought to my attention have shook me to my core and I believe this story needs to be told and this family given the support they deserve and so desperately need.
There is an anonymity ruling in place but no actual reporting restrictions, yet none of the MSM outlets see fit to inform the public of the absolutely sickening conduct from top to bottom regarding this case.
