#wipinterview D13: Current status. I’m technically doing draft 5 and 6 at the same time. Running each chapter through prowritingaid fixing up pacing, sticky sentences, overused words and banishing those pesky adverbs I didn’t realise I used so much.

#wipinterview D11: First thing you do in your WIPs world. Go shopping to get some authentic 80s garb then go to the pub and be amazed by how cheap everything seems.

#wipinterview day 3: where do you hope to see yourself and your wip? Published and moderately successful please 🤞I’d also like a BBC mini drama or two based on things I’ve written but that’s because I have delusions of grandeur 😂

Decided to play by my own rules and go for it anyway so here we go: Day 1 of the #WIPinterview: introduce yourself, your wip and one thing about yourself: My name is Amelia, my wip is about a young gay man running away to London at the start of the 80s and I’m crap at maths!

#WIPInterview Day 27: From my WIP, I want readers to learn two things. 1. Not everyone is what they seem. (Think of appearances vs reality.) 2. It's never too late to change, even if it seems like it.

#WIPInterview Day 23: Jace keeps going because if he gives up, he'll either be sent to a mental hospital or get executed. He's discouraged by the fact that he's having a difficult time killing Blaise. He shouldn't be surprised since Blaise is a detective and all.
