Here's a bit about what @Rethik_D asked me this morning. I had to leave to attend a friend's funeral, so missed the live presser.
So, this is the deadly Counter Drone System from @DRDO_India, codenamed #D4, which was significantly involved during 🔴🇮🇳🔴.
If my sources are to be believed, hundreds of invading drones were downed by these systems developed by four #DRDO labs. Those chasing #TMH might have read a thread on this last year.
I will perhaps be sharing my thoughts on this tonight with @madhavgk on the @TimesNow channel at 10:30 pm.

⏭️ Need to establish ground test facilities for design validation of MSDF.
⏭️ Trend is that system-of-system will team with human as compared to humans controlling systems.
⏭️ Testing triangle to be inverted – 70 per cent testing in ground and only optimal flight testing.
⏭️ Long term business agreement (LTBA) to be entered to promote private industry to testing.
⏭️ Unmanned platforms need more men and women on the ground to control them.
⏭️ The collateral damage by an unmanned system is in case of failure will be more lethal than that of a manned one.
⏭️ (Taking into consideration the above 2 points), we need to make certifying process absolutely flawless and ahead of times.
