Adults that complain the most; in local communities; about "not Developing Enough Youth to Compete" are also the ones that want teams to be Selective 🤔 Do we see the problem Yet? Develop Local+Stay Local= Compete Local #letThemPlay #winningthatmatters #unitedsocceracademies

Play, often looks messy and unorganized, but we know chaos offers youth creativity, decision making and problem-solving. That's why it’s important to create an environment that supports learning and reflects the real game. #letThemPlay #WinningThatMatters #Unitedsocceracademies

Too many Adults have forgotten the feelings of playing youth sports and what they are really about: Being with friends, having fun, loving the sport, learning, and competing (not at the level of Wins and loses). They are about being a kid. #LetThemPlay #WinningThatMatters

Screaming and yelling at referees and kids, making them afraid to make a mistake, only playing the best players does not make you a WINNER. It makes you a LOSER. No result on the scoreboard will change that. #winningthatmatters

Parents that can pay high fees don't seem to be as committed to the club/team. You know who is? The ones struggling to pay the fees. But when you insist upon long distance travel, it prices those very people out of the game. Another good reason to stay local #winningthatmatters

Focusing so much on the your childs future is causing you to miss the experiences of your childs present. #winningthatmatters

I am Thankful for these two girls. Watching them play and joining in with them in child-driven play, as they create, navigate, problem-solve nurture and guide is something special. Happy Thanksgiving! #LetThemPlay #winningthatmatters

Youth coaches have a responsibility to teach kids how to enjoy playing the game apart from all the tech/tac skills. KIDS need to learn concentration, decision making, impulse control, confidence, but MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW TO HAVE FUN!! #playerfirst #winningthatmatters
