On Wednesday, @FCPSMaryland SUCCESS students participated in the annual @FCPSAdaptedPE #runwalkandroll. We had a fun afternoon designing sneakers, Walking on the track & enjoying a healthy fall snack together. #WorkFITT #fcpsSUCCESS @VanessaToner

Lots of interest & planning around implementing the FCPS #WorkFitt program within secondary specialized programs. Programs will not only teach #vocationalskills but also the #fitness needed to develop & maintain the skills throughout life. Participants practiced some of the skills while discussing how the body moves & works, ie grip strength, endurance, balance & stability. @FCPS_JBingman @TroyDKeller @K_Turner_FCPS @FCPSMaryland @RegaliaFCPS @ShannonPisculli @KathyGullCII @BGHEPE
