Pushpa Kumbhat: alot of emphasis on rural education as part of rural regeneration. Funded by LA's and Castle trust but funding did eventually dry up. Students in East Yorks put up one of the tutors in their homes when weather stopped them from travelling back. #WorkingClassEd19
