One of the wettest January’s on record plus freezing temperatures has taken a toll on Cardiff’s roads. Our teams are out every day #WorkingForCardiff fixing, patching, and resurfacing - and with an extra £10m from Welsh Government, even more improvements are on the way.
Huge thanks to our gritting teams for #WorkingForCardiff over the festive season - out on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day &will continue into the New Year to keep Cardiff moving. Up to 60 tonnes of grit are used each night by our 12 strong fleet.
