#XCDispute - You are advised to travel as early as possible, as some services will finish earlier than normal and some stations will have no CrossCountry service. All services, including any replacement bus services, are expected to be very busy. https://t.co/uPgRjcEFyR

#XCDispute - Members of RMT Union are undertaking industrial action today. The strike will result in a significantly reduced service being able to operate. Longer trains will be used where possible. https://t.co/uPgRjcEFyR

To assuage my guilt in not saying so to the woman in the lift: the withholding of labour is an important mechanism for change, and people should not "just do their job" if they have concerns about safety, equality, etc. #xcdispute

Thanks to @VirginTrains for helping us get to the airport and preventing a ruined holiday. Shame @CrossCountryUK couldn’t be the big men and cancel their strike. It will be remembered. 🤬 Can’t see any picket lines!! #xcdispute @RMTunion
