It was another good episode hosted by my amazing colleagues. My advice for projects who want to build on XDC(or anywhere): - Find a product-market fit. - Tech is not all part. - The only paid KOLs are founders or team members of a project. - The go-to-market for each chain is different if it works on an EVM but doesn't necessarily work on another EVM. - Web3 marketing is different than web2 marketing. - Focus on delivering high-quality products. - Consider that user onboarding on web3 is challenging, build it simple. - Care more about on-chain KPIs for your project, and what value-adds are for XDC. - Find on-chain conversion rate for marketing activities - While building a product, don't forget to build community. - Market doesn't wait for you, do it fast. - At the end, your on-chain metrics matter. so show it in action.
