@themarkup @netzpolitik_org The #XandrFile reveals how several European firms traded personal data, including sensitive data, in 2021. Most likely, this is still happening in a similar way, or even worse. These data practices are potentially illegal in Europe, under the GDPR. Regulators must take action.

I think the #xandrfile provides lots of evidence for further reporting, in US/EU, Latin America, Asia, other regions. I hope it will kick off enforcement action (e.g. FTC, EU/GDPR). And I think the article is a mustread for anyone interested in the future of digital technology.
