I mean, it's true for Forza Horizon 5 as well, sadly.
But it's very unusual for PlayStation.

@ulongteagaming #XboxDRM problems have been a thing since launch of the Series consoles, and they never changed a thing.
Maybe now they will.
It's usually not as severe as today, mostly I was able to play my games just fine (esp. as long as I was online), but shitty DRM is shitty DRM.

@neonepiphany I consider those major #XboxDRM issues, and if those are resolved, I'll be much more happy with my Series X than I already am, cause I'd know that I can still use it many decades from now. 😄

Like, necessary online activation on the console's first boot and upon installing a disc-based ONE/cross-gen game is SO stupid and should never have been a thing.
@PorkPoncho @dark1x Basically upon installing from disc on a Series X all games that are cross-gen / Xbox One-exclusive need to download some piece of data after getting installed.
Series X-only games like DMC 5 Special Edition don't seem to have that problem.

Just because these things convinced me to buy an Xbox Series X, doesn't mean I'm a fanboy. I continue 2 criticise MS for their current #XboxDRM issues & will point out PS5's shortcomings once I have 1.
