#Yasref held its 49th Board of Directors Meeting today, in the presence of Chairman of the Board Eng. Yasser Mufti and Board members.
The Board reviewed the Company’s performance, strategic priorities, and key initiatives supporting its business and future direction. The Board also emphasized the importance of advancing operational excellence, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability, and creating sustainable value in support of Yasref’s strategic objectives and future aspirations.
Reaffirming its commitment to investing in people, #Yasref has signed an agreement with @JabeenSa Company to finance and develop 200 residential villas in Yanbu Industrial City, in partnership with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu @RCJY1, becoming one of the first investors in this landmark housing project.
Valued at SAR 307 million, the project represents an investment in enhancing the quality of life of #Yasref employees by providing modern housing options that improve the quality of life for employees and their families while supporting workforce stability. The initiative reflects Yasref’s continued investment in its people and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Quality of Life Program.
