Booked 2 rooms in Hyderabad via @YatraOfficial with a 4.4 rating. Reality? Smelly rooms, broken AC, no help, and Yatra's 'customer care' is unreachable at night. What's the point of fake ratings if they mislead? Do better, Yatra. #YatraFail #TravelNightmare

@YatraOfficial Extremely disappointed with your services. My bus booking was canceled last minute due to a breakdown, yet your app shows the ride as completed. To make it worse, the support team was rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable! Please resolve this ASAP! #YatraFail
