I have booked the flight on 30th May from banglore to delhi and I have cancelled that booking direct from airlines just after 15 minutes of book , I got confirmation mail from airlines regarding refund but this Yatra didn't refund till now #yatrascam @Cybercellindia @CPDelhi

@Yatra_Care @YatraOfficial is so messed up that they can't even call a distressed customer to resolve the issue. Their customer helpline number is switched off after 8 pm and the executive who promised to call back in half an hour has not called since 2 and half hours #Yatrascam #Yatrafraud

@YatraOfficial how can you illegally list a property, take a booking for which you send a confirmation and then without giving any reasons randomly expect the customer to take an alternative and move on? #yatrasucks #yatrascam

Part 1/2 @YatraOfficial is a fraud! I have booked a property 3 weeks in advance and 12 hours before my check-in I am being told that the property cannot honour my booking. #Yatraisafraud #yatrascam #consumerforum
