Project thesis:
1. Every deposit in a PoolTogether prize vault is public. Your balance. Your odds. Every draw outcome is visible to anyone watching the chain. That is fine, until it isn't :)
2. Building a confidential version of that model. Deposits, balances, and winnings state stay encrypted. Winner selection still runs verifiably onchain. You just can't see anyone else's position and they can't see yours too
3. Powered by the FHEVM. Winner selection executes over encrypted balances. Only the winner can decrypt their prize, while the draw itself stays publicly verifiable. No one else's stack is ever exposed to get there
