I have a issue with @WizzAir but accidently included @_austrian in with my complaint (sorry) however Austrian Airways came straight back to sort the problem even though I wasn't a customer, how brilliant are they? That's amazing customer service, thanks #_austrian @Flight_Refunds

Despite multiple follow up emails (also using my #Miles_and_More Senator Status and dedicated contacts) and numerous messages left on their voicemail (they systematically don’t pick up the phone) still waiting for response and reimbursement. Its >3 months now… #_Austrian

Shocking: MM Senator & Travelled > 3 months ago with family on #_austrian. ALL checked bags failed to arrive: partly arrived damaged later, others lost forever. Contacted @_Austrian immediately - no response from non-existing Customer Service yet! @Miles_and_More @thepointsguy
