Electeds who accept gobs of polluter money killed most of CA’s environmental bills. Please sign these @GavinNewsom. #AB896 requires oil companies to be responsible for the costs of cleaning idle oil wells, instead of taxpayers being left with the bill. No brainer.

#AB896 (Bennett) passed in the CA Assembly 65-12 on 6/1. It will enable the state to impose claims or liens on idle oil and gas wells that threaten public health and the environment.

That's why we need #AB896 in #California!
