Happy 3rd Birthday to #Active50! It was three years ago that we brought over 250 people aged 50+ together to try a number of different sports and exercise classes. This has now developed into a timetable with 10 sessions every week and a number of social trips every year! π
We saw a great turnout to our first #Active50 badminton session last week. Thank you to the volunteers who made it happen! If you'd like to give it a go, join us tomorrow at 12pm at @3hillssportsprk. Β£3 per person.
Our first #Active50 walk of 2020 will be to Samphire Hoe. If you'd like to join us, @CrosskeysTravel will be providing free travel - just meet at @3hillssportsprk at 10:30am on Monday 6th January. It won't be as sunny as our last trip there, so wrap up warm π§£
