This morning we joined other runners in Pretoria for the Jacaranda Marathon. The aim was to qualify comfortably for Two Oceans and @ComradesRace . We came back with a time of 3h24. We QUALIFIED!!
The Half marathon was completed with a time of 1h42. Slowly getting there. There are so many valves that still need to be opened

This morning I joined other road runners at the Miway Wally Hayward Marathon. The aim was to run 42km + 8km. It was achieved with a time of 4h55. The last long run before Comrades.
