A good point to #ADHD: sometimes the bad memory works in your favour went to the shop on the way to work and got chocolate, put it in my bag and forgot about it Just opened my bag again and got all excited because I’ve got chocolate 😄😄😄 #adhdlife #adhdadult #adhdmemory

One of the most profound things I read in my original journey to ADHD diagnosis was what Dr. Ned Hallowell calls “the cough drop sign” in the book, Driven To Distraction. I’d never felt more seen before reading this quote. It comes from one of Hallowell’s ADHD patients:
