Round up from last weekend's #EnergiaAIL. Ballynahinch make it 10 points out of 10 and sit nicely in 3rd place in #AIL1A after a very good performance that defeated Shannon 41-8 at Ballymacarn Park.

Sunday afternoon well spent. Both sides were exceptional in a very enjoyable match. Congratulations Clontarf on their 3rd #AIL1A title. #EnergiaAIL

Some massive matches in the AIL and Junior Rugby on Saturday. Banbridge host Navan at Rifle Park, taking a 7 point lead into the second leg of #AIL1B relegation play off. Ballynahinch welcome UCC to Ballymacarn after defeating them 21-17 at Mardyke in #AIL1A relegation play off

@UCCRFC 🏴‍☠️ Realistically need a bonus point win away to Nure to have a chance of getting to 9th and having the relegation play-off 2nd leg at home. #AIL1A. @theclubscenepod

Ulster sides did slightly better last weekend in #EnergiaAIL winning 5/10 matches against teams from other provinces. Was a nailbiter at Dooradoyle is Ballynahinch fell to a try in the last play of the game against Garryowen. Bradley Luney scored a brace for the visitors. #AIL1A
