Chicken Biriyani (₹200) from Hyderabad Kitchen, Edappally.
The Hyderabadi masala is quite spot on, so is the meat texture. The rice can be more aromatic. A good meal though, overall.
But they totally need to recalibrate their compass on the salan. 😐 #AKFR

Chicken Thookkuporotta (₹180) from Kaasa Kitchen, Fort Kochi.
It’s slightly soggier than kothuporotta, albeit really tasty (and masaledaar) with boney pieces of chicken.
Unless you’re that person who can’t tolerate porotta being anything but crispy, it’s worth a try. #AKFR

Long grain, mild flavours, super soft chicken, generous quantity for ₹150 per portion. Yummy dates pickle and vinegar salad to go with it.
Also tried their Spl Chicken Fry (₹100) which stole the show. DELICIOUS stuff!
