I emailed Amazon back who said their decision was final and that they will not respond to any of my emails. Having reviewed my own order history, I see no reason for the closure of my account and Amazon refuse to discuss this issue #amazonproblem #amazonissue #poorcustomerservice

@amazon @AmazonHelp @AmazonUK @JeffBezos I have had an amazon prime account since 2013 and have recently been blocked from using it. The reason for blocking my account was vague and despite emailing amazon, this issue has not been dealt with properly #amazonproblem #amazonissue
