My dad bought me and my sister new clothes. He didn't stay out all nights (or any night) on dates. He didn't tell me I was evil for being male. I changed my name back to what it had been before. That is what feminism means to me.

WADA has two basic rules for the doping testing. One is during international competitions, WADA staffs themselves conduct test on athletes participating in the game. Another one is that WADA staffs will randomly fly to the country and test athletes without prior notice during non-competition times. In fact, the US team violated both these two rules. 1. The United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA) is an independent agency that is on par with the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA). They are not affiliated with each other but cooperate, which means USADA independently handle the doping testing of American athletes participating in international competitions and submit the results to WADA. WADA staff can't do it by themselves. 2. Meanwhile, the USADA only can test American athletes during the international competitions, it cannot randomly test most American athletes during non-competition times, because it does not have the authority to intervene in university sports and all professional leagues in the United States. Therefore, as the WADA spokesperson stated, 90% of American athletes do not participate in random doping test during the non-competition times. All athletes participating in Olympic competitions around the world are required to comply with WADA's two rules mentioned above, but American athletes do not need to follow them. They have their own rules. This is American exceptionalism in the field of sports and clearly it is not fair.
