A 45-year-old male presented with a bilateral external rotation #deformity of the #femur. During the left hip #replacement, we deliberately reduced the #anteversion of the #acetabular cup and released the external rotator #muscles of the femur.The purpose is to reduce the probability of anterior #dislocation. With the right hip replacement today, our plan and strategy will be the same as the left. #MedTwitter #orthotwitter
