Y’all—#ArrivePhoenix is turning into something special. This little gem’ll be home to the next @cartelcoffeelab. Once asphalt, now a building along the sidewalk. Hard to beat that.

Adaptive reuse means taking a building apart before putting it back together again. Once #ArrivePhoenix opens, very few will walk these halls and appreciate what it took to get there, but that’s the goal, and then those who know get to share a small, quiet secret with the place.

#ArrivePhoenix starting to hit the final stretch. Details and finishes revealing themselves. 2 acres, 6 buildings. Mid century meets modern. One hell of an #adaptivereuse project for PHX. Nothing easy about this one. Learning a ton, esp that good things take time.

Adaptive reuse projects are a labor of love. But there's nothing quite like that end result. Everybody here at @VenueProjects can't wait to share #ArrivePhoenix with the world. Get ready, @PHX! It's gonna be a killer place to hang out! 😜 https://t.co/qfcxkxac97

Adding 5k or so SF of new buildings along Camelback Rd at #ArrivePhoenix and let me tell you about this shadow block. 👌🏻😍 What was once asphalt will now be a series of #midcenturymodern jewel boxes framing the street.
