To everyone who kept demanding the use of #Article356 in #WestBengal; #BJP has consistently maintained one position: power should be earned through democratic mandate, not imposed.
And going by the trend as of 5:00 PM, it appears the the lotus may indeed bloom. Such a high turnout touching ~90% and still continuing for those in line; points to a strong #Hindu consolidation of voters.
Interestingly, many of the same Twitter Spaces “experts” are now changing their tone after seeing these trends. A humble submission to them, you may understand caste politics, but West Bengal’s political dynamics are a very different game.
