@thenase21 @lexi_CMCI Malicious use would be 100% bad so let's skip that. Personalization can be good but if used too much it can push customers away. Partial context on customers lead to frustrations. Just 'cause you liked one thing doesn't mean that is all you want to see. #askcumatt

Airlines like @Delta & other service providers have really upped their support which I like. Sports teams (for me @steelers @penguins & multiple bike teams) have great fan content/engagement. #askcumatt

@edpr9283 @dat_campbell Chase - YT is one of the primary channels in our toolbox but I see it more as a warehouse than a storefront. By that I mean we store videos there and access them from various places (eg web) but there is not much community and engagement for us there. #askcumatt

@ari_in_the_sun @dat_campbell Ari - great question. Being a #socialmedia manager is awesome overall. It's a roller coaster of emotions, stress levels, work loads. Change is constant. You see a lot of amazing things but also some not so great things as well. Unplugging and balance are key. #askcumatt
