A shared experience of #AuDHA #ActuallyAutistic #ADHD #Neurodiversity is that as kids we felt different to everyone. Neurotypicals can counter with all kids feel like that. If you didn't grow up sobbing in your room not getting why you could't fit in, you did not feel like me.

Caught up with #InsideOurAutisticMinds. Was struck by Anton saying' I can cope with change, I just need preparing'. I've always said, if I have at least 24 hours notice I cope with anything, less than 24 I cope with nothing. #AuDHA #ActuallyAutistic #ADHD #Neurodiversity
