Just experienced the worst customer service In my life with @SkyUK .Avoid at all costs if you are thinking of joining! Shambles, staff clearly undergo inadequate training and cannot comprehend what good customer service is. #useless #avoidSky #skyuk

Was excited about getting @SkyUK today but the engineer didn’t bother to call or show up to install. Tried to rearrange & told I have to wait until 15th now as “it’s Christmas and lots of people have taken out Sky”!....awful service for a new customer! #avoidsky #Sky #SkyQ
