@O2 so upgraded to 16 pro, though now apparently I have used 157GB of data since 26 December! I apparently have also sent 42,000 in the same period. I have never used more than 25GB per month, but #O2 apparently think these figures are correct! #poorcustomerservice #avoidO2

@O2 so I have been 'migrated' to O2 from virgin - my god what a shit show. Currently at 4 hours of being tansferred and repeatedly cut off whilst trying to pay a whopping £6 bill. I have never experienced such shambolic, rubbish and rude customer service in my life #avoidO2

To add to the pain of being directed to the wrong team, they CANT transfer me to the right team. (Due to a system “upgrade”) They also CANT get anyone to call me as they can’t make outbound calls. I’m soo utterly fed up with @O2 All I ever get is “try again later” #AvoidO2 (3/4)
