Avoid @VodafoneUK with everything you can. After 18 months of lies and terrible service I thought everything was resolved. Now, again I am told that their billing has fucked up and there’s nothing they can do. Apparently they don’t have a complaints team either! #avoidvodafone

A SIM card that never worked, a ported number to a SIM that never worked..7 days of frustration, countless phones calls, chats and travelling to a store to get my number back..Unsuccessfully. Great job at alienating your customers @VodafoneUK #avoidvodafone #poorservice #Vodafone

Got an equally bad #vodafone experience? share it under the tag #avoidvodafone @VodafoneUK Its 20:31 Saturday. More than 48 HOURS after my first complaint registered, and a whopping 76 HOURS since left the shop. After 7 hours of calls to Vodafone, the 4 dongles still don't work.

After multiple calls and trips to stores I am once again on an extended call with @VodafoneUK “customer service”. Still no resolution! Refusing to unlock my brand new iphone. Offering a call back from a manager next Thurs!!!! Is that customer service? #fail #avoidVodaFone

@VodafoneIN your network has been getting from bad to worse! Upon complaining on bad network I was told its being worked upon. I get sms of new tower in my area after a month. After that network got even worse! What are you guys up to. Thinking of doing MNP to @airtelindia
