• Bug allegedly enables unauthenticated sending of emails from vulnerable sites to any address
• Script supports bulk or single sends
• Messages built from a buyer-provided template (no styling)
• Claims 3,800+ vulnerable sites identified and the issue is “not patched”
• “One buyer only” sale, “only via escrow”
