The set aside for nurses in EAGLE is half current demand, so it immediately creates a backlog for most.

The EAGLE Act won’t even clear the current backlog 4 people born in India.
It’s a bait & switch bill that w/ cripple American higher education, health care, even the space program: all depend on recruiting talent from all over the world.
