Recently, a lot of people have been talking about #backtests: backtest returns, backtest curves, backtest APY.
But a more important question is: what can a backtest actually tell you — and what can’t it? 📊
Why Backtests & Validator Governance matter.
#Backtests are the invisible guardians of the blockchain. They simulate real-world scenarios to make sure nothing breaks when the new upgrade goes live.
Imagine you’re updating your phone’s operating system. Before Apple or Samsung ships it, they stress-test it checking battery drain, app crashes, and compatibility.

Genuine Query : Why show the backtest of just 6-7 years for a market where the stocks & Index history is available for centuries.
Plus available data is perhaps the most exhaustive, cheapest and easiest to get. Not implying anything. Just questioning.
