#SOMALIA: SNA Forces coupled with recently graduated Jubaland State Forces have launched new operations against al-Shabab positions in the #LowerJubba region. Forces are reportedly getting closer to #Badhadhe which is deep in militant territory with the assault beginning from #Kismayo south towards #BuloHaji. Main question is, can SNA forces maintain the position & avoid AS early morning guerrilla style raids?

The operation to capture #Badhadhe is underway. It will come from two directions according to Gen Cabdullaahi Cali Caanood. Forces from #Afmadow, forces from #Kulbiyow #Kolbiyow and forces from #Kismayo will jointly free the district. @PresidentMadobe and other senior #SNA and #Jubaland #Darwish forces will work jointly on this.
