To those dismissing the #EVM #Manipulation: many, including former #IAS officers, @andymukherjee70 and I have pointed out that the problem is that of #VVPAT communicating the #vote to the #controlunit. It should be the #ballotingunit (where you press the button) which communicates to the #controlunit (which records your vote). There’s no way of knowing what the #VVPAT unit communicates to the control unit. I have reasons to believe this criminal act has already been tested. @ECISVEEP @SpokespersonECI
