Here is my deviation from #BBBCdE but still Keto friendly. Trout Almandine at Le Supreme Detroit. The brown butter makes it extra special 🤤 Truly, my new fave restaurant in downtown ❤️ Happy Anniversary to us.

I agree. During my weight loss journey I ate some berries about once a month in a keto parfait. Now maybe a few times a month with Greek yogurt. But right now there is no fruit in my house as I focus on #BBBCdE 🤗

Complete transparency regarding my #BBBE personal challenge . . . It’s actually: #BBBCdE Beef, Butter, Bacon, Coffee, small amount of dairy, and Eggs! I think I would like to continue this for however how long it may take(*) to get to my ultimate weight loss goal of “becoming half of my heaviest self!” Menopause and a stressful life as a caretaker has messed that up for too long now. Those last 10-15 pounds are always a killer, amiright? It may seem like a silly goal, and I do remind myself that I feel so great and a scale weight is a non-factor when you’re metabolically flexible and your insulin resistance is reversed. But a gal has to have goals 💪🏻 And if I make it to “half myself,” I’d actually be in a sweet spot for women my age and height (I’m only 5’1”). If I can’t get there because I’m building strength & muscle, well, so be it. BF% in the fit range would be the real prize 🏆🥇❤️ Ladies, who is with me in this endeavor of showing up for your health every single day—and being content with slow and steady progress? #SugarFreed *Disclaimer: I reserve the right to enjoy some low-carb veg and a nice glass of red wine for special occasions (like this weekend for my anniversary dinner at a fancy French restaurant)! Side by side when first goal was achieved 🥰
