BBBE Day 26 Today was a light food day. I wasn’t terribly hungry and it’s not a bad idea to be rationing food at the moment since I don’t know when it will be safe enough for me to venture out and restock. I started my day with egg drop soup and a failed attempt at tweaking my beef toast recipe. A little later I had a bone broth latte! So warm and comforting! BBBE Day 22 I started my day off with some pot roast and bacon wrapped eggs. After running some errands I had a cup of tea with some ground beef toast and ghee. It turned out really good! I’m thinking I could add some caraway seeds and almost be fooled into thinking it’s rye toast! And finally I had some more pot roast! BBBE Day 16 Today I had a bunch of small things but I enjoyed every last one! I started my day with an eggy decaf while I waited for my bacon wrapped eggs to bake in the oven. Then I was off to the dentist to get my temporary crown adjusted (I think I’m finally almost done with the pain!) When I got home I cooked a few little lamb patties to munch on while I waited for my coffee egg pudding to bake. The coffee egg pudding was so good and topped with a big dollop of homemade ghee. Later on I fried up some crispy beef tendons to munch on since I was frying some up to make crispy pemmican. (I’ll show you when I get them out of the freezer!) And finally I had a couple of eggy waffles but I really wanted a little more lamb so I just threw some ground lamb in the waffle iron while my eggy waffles cooked! 😂 #WorldCarnivoreMonth #Carnivore #CarnivoreDiet #Keto #KetoDiet #BBBE

BBBE Day 4 I started my day with a fatty decaf. (Decaf blended with 1 Tbsp ghee, 1 egg yolk & pinch of salt) After church I had 12 oz of ground beef with 3 fried eggs.
